How it works

  • Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
  • Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Opened or partially used packs are fully covered - that's the point of the guarantee. You tried it; if it's not for you, you get your money back.
  • No return shipment needed. We don't ask you to mail anything back - refunds are processed based on your order number alone.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your most recent subscription order is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, please reach out through our contact page and we'll track it down.
