Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

  • United States: 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: 3–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us through our contact page and we'll look into it right away.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders ship automatically every 4 weeks. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal, and you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account page.
