Because they're an ingestible beauty product, we can't accept opened tins back for safety and hygiene reasons, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds on opened packs. What we always stand behind: if your order ever arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we'll replace it or refund it in full — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
